It is a magnificent rustic farm located just 8 km from the center of Teruel and on the same bank of the Arquillo Reservoir, a unique place for its high ecological and landscape value. Located at 1,000 meters of altitude.

The land of the farm totals an approximate area of 150 hectares, currently allocated 36 hectares for cereal cultivation and the rest is a mount of juniper, with the possibility of belonging to a small game reserve and the swamp has trout, carp and the possibility of use of motor boats of less than 4 Hp.

MAIN BUILDING: It has an approximate area of 400 m2 built. It was completely restored in 1995, with excellent qualities of work and Parador-type design, with noble woods, rustic ceramic floors, exterior and interior carpentry of solid woods, etc ... The entire structure and facilities are newly built, maintaining the huge wooden beams and original 85 cm thick walls, which gives it impressive thermal insulation, which is essential in the area. The ground floor has an area of 200 m2, and is distributed in a dining room of more than 100 m2, with a medieval fireplace, as it maintains the original structure designed by the friars, the first inhabitants of the Finca. Currently the room has three different environments given its high space capacity. As an example, it has a dining table with capacity for 20 diners. Fully equipped kitchen with another fireplace in the same style as the living room, prepared for grilling and cooking. A double room that is currently dedicated to a television room. It has a solar energy system, with 16 large solar panels located on the roof, which is sufficient for all houses with a system of 12 batteries of 2,000 amps each. The heating is double, by gas and diesel with separate tanks maintained by Repsol. In summer the main house maintains its temperature at around 24º, although outside it is 35º. And the heating, with the insulation of the walls, maintains the 25º, although there are -20º abroad. The Finca has two drinking water wells, 80 and 210 meters deep with a flow of 4,000 and 20,000 liters per hour respectively, fully automated with an independent water tank of 25,000 liters.

Heated pool: by means of 4 other solar panels and with gas heating to be able to use it in the middle of winter, which manages to maintain a temperature of 26º. The pool has a toilet with a shower and a cleaning filter. From the pool you can enjoy panoramic views of the swamp, also having an exterior terrace of approximately 70 m2, solarium type.

As a privacy measure, the Finca is completely fenced around its perimeter by a 2 meter high metal fence.
